Green Haven Plant Farm is a locally owned plant nursery, mulch yard, and landscaping company based in Carthage, North Carolina. We proudly serve homeowners, property managers, and contractors throughout the Sandhills region with reliable outdoor solutions built to last.
Founded in 1983 by Lonnie and Judy McKenzie, Green Haven began with a single homemade greenhouse and a simple focus — growing quality plants with care and consistency. What started as a small operation has grown into a span of 23-acre nursery featuring 13 greenhouses, a mulch yard, perennial and shrub retail areas, a tree-growing section, and a full-service landscaping team.
Today, our work continues to be guided by the same values we started with: practical experience, dependable service, and long-term results.
